Note on Software. TopGood is a hardware integrator. Each currency exchange machine is fully customized — no pre-built standard software is shipped with the unit. We provide the hardware SDK so your team can develop the software in-house, or we can undertake software development once the exchange-rate API and local regulatory workflow are confirmed.

Standard User Workflow

Based on a deployed European configuration, the standard user flow is:

  1. Language selection — multi-language UI on first screen
  2. Terms & exchange-rate confirmation — current buy/sell rate and service agreement displayed
  3. Cash insertion — standard: single-note sequential insertion; optional: one-time batch insertion module
  4. Amount confirmation — total inserted amount verified on screen
  5. Local cash + coins + receipt — machine dispenses local currency (notes from 4 cassettes + coins from hopper) and prints transaction receipt; indicator lights guide the user through each step

Multi-Currency Configuration (Up to 4 Currencies)

For licensed exchange offices serving multiple currency corridors, TopGood builds a large-format 12-cassette configuration:

  • 3 denominations × 4 currencies = 12 cassettes
  • Reference delivery: 2019 deployment for a Singapore client
  • Supported currencies (validated through customer deployments): USD, CAD, CHF, THB, JPY, GBP, AUD, EUR
  • Additional currency corridors are added on a project basis — software workflow and cassette layout both adapt

Software Integration Model

Because every licensed exchange office has its own regulatory workflow, transaction fees, and reporting obligations, we do not ship a one-size-fits-all software package. The standard approach is:

  • Option A — Client-side development: We provide the hardware SDK. Your software team builds the transaction logic, rate engine, and compliance reporting on top of the SDK.
  • Option B — TopGood software development: We undertake the software project once you confirm the exchange-rate API access and provide the local regulatory requirements document and expected business process. Cost evaluation is done after these inputs are received.

All hardware modules expose standard interfaces (USB, RS-232, Ethernet), so your chosen software vendor’s KYC / AML / transaction processing systems integrate without custom hardware work.

After-Sales & Quality Assurance

  • Pre-delivery inspection. Every unit is fully tested at the factory. All detected faults are resolved before shipment, so on-site commissioning is reduced to a power-on + network-connect step.
  • Remote support. After-sales is delivered remotely. Customers send photos or short videos of any fault, and our engineers guide the on-site team through diagnosis and resolution.
  • Operation training. Clear operation and routine-maintenance guidelines are provided. Trained operators can complete most daily maintenance independently.
  • Warranty. Standard 12-month warranty, extendable to 60 months.
