Here is the scenario:
- The users shop on line, like Amazon, Ebay, etc, or choose to deliver parcels on line or through APPs., then choose the address they want the parcel be delivered to and choose the nearest Smart Parcel Lockers, and left the contact mobile phone number.
- The Courier/Express staff drops parcels at the lockers, an SMS message will be sent to the mobile phone number which left when placed order.
- The receiver could go to the lockers to pick up their parcels at any time they want.
