Standard User Workflow
- Authentication. Insert bank card, scan QR code, or enter account number. Optional biometric step (fingerprint / facial recognition) for higher-value deposits.
- Cash insertion. Insert banknotes in batches — up to 500 notes per insertion at 12 notes/second. Per-note validation runs in real time; rejected notes return to the user (100-note rejection slot). Accepted notes are held in the 200-note escrow compartment pending confirmation.
- Escrow hold. Inserted notes are held in a secure escrow compartment, not yet credited to the account. The user can review the on-screen breakdown by denomination.
- Confirmation. User confirms the amount on screen.
- Credit + receipt. Notes are routed to the safe cassettes. Account is credited. Receipt is printed. Optional SMS / app notification is sent.

Software Integration Model
TopGood is a hardware integrator. The High-Capacity CDM exposes standard interfaces (USB, RS-232, Ethernet) so your core banking or cash-management platform can integrate directly. The standard model is:
- Option A — Client-side integration. We provide the hardware SDK. Your development team integrates the deposit events, reconciliation, and reporting into your existing banking or ERP system.
- Option B — TopGood development. We deliver the deposit application once the workflow, account-crediting logic, and reporting format are confirmed.
After-Sales & Quality Assurance
- Pre-delivery burn-in. Every unit is fully tested at the factory — acceptor’s per-note validation, escrow mechanics, safe lock cycles, and full software integration. All detected faults are resolved before shipment.
- Remote support. Photos or short videos of any fault are sufficient for remote diagnosis by our engineers.
- Operation training. Clear operation and routine-maintenance guidelines are provided, including safe-compartment cycling procedures and cassette-removal protocols.
