This week, TopGood’s inquiry pipeline continues to highlight three trends that shape how buyers plan self-service hardware deployments: banking-grade cash handling, telecom / SIM card distribution, and rugged outdoor applications. Below is a snapshot of the inquiries we processed last week and across the previous full month, with one notable repeat-customer signal.

Last Week (Oct 5 – Oct 11, 2026): 5 New Inquiries

All five inquiries are in the requirement confirmation stage. The mix shows continued strength in banking / CDM and an emerging SIM card dispenser surge, with one repeat-customer signal from East Asia.

By Theme

  • Banking / CDM: 1 — a campus e-wallet top-up cash-deposit machine inquiry for a Southeast Asia school market (mid-volume, single-note accept only, no dispense, Android).
  • SIM Card Dispenser: 2 — a single-digit batch request from a Middle East telecom operator, plus a multi-hundred-unit project bound for the Middle East via a China-based sourcing channel.
  • Outdoor / Parking Kiosk: 1 — a single-unit semi-outdoor parking payment terminal for a Central American pilot.
  • Self-Service Printing Kiosk: 1 — a repeat order from a long-standing East Asia partner, building on previous lending-kiosk and loan-kiosk cooperation.

By Region

  • Middle East: 2
  • East Asia / SE Asia: 1
  • Latin America: 1
  • Other (export channel): 1

Last Month (Sep 1 – Sep 30, 2026): 26 New Inquiries

Across the full month, banking / cash-handling and self-service information kiosks dominated the pipeline. Below is the product-line breakdown and the headline patterns from each segment.

By Product Line

Product Line Inquiries
Banking / Cash Deposit (CDM) + VTM-style Banking Kiosk 8
Currency Exchange Kiosk 3
SIM Card / Telecom Kiosk 2
Gold ATM / Gold Vending 2
Outdoor / Parking / Solar Kiosk 2
NFC Wristband / Event Access Kiosk 2
Hotel / Airport Self Check-in Kiosk 2
RFID / Biometric / B2B Visitor Check-in 3
Self-Ordering / F&B Kiosk 2
Ticketing / Transit (BRT / TVM) 1
Charging / Power Bank Kiosk 1

The banking / cash-handling segment is the most active line. Demand is driven by financial-services buyers, FX operators, humanitarian / NGO deployments, and a growing share of software integrators reselling CDM hardware to their own banking clients.

By Region

  • Europe: 8 — prototype banking / hospitality kiosks, NFC wristband projects, an emerging Gold ATM interest, and a multi-module B2B visitor check-in RFQ.
  • Africa: 5 — major bank CDM expansion (repeat institutional client), RFID / biometric OEM RFQ, FX / CDM trade inquiries.
  • South Asia: 3 — humanitarian / refugee registration kiosks, a BRT pre-qualification, and small-batch CDM pilots.
  • Middle East: 3 — outdoor solar-powered parking payment, a payment-kiosk operator’s firmware question, and a multi-hundred-unit SIM card export inquiry.
  • Latin America: 2 — a bank customer-info VTM-style kiosk, and a Central American semi-outdoor parking terminal.
  • Türkiye: 2 — Gold ATM pilot and a 20+1 unit currency exchange integrator order.
  • Central Asia / CIS: 1 — airport self check-in kiosks via local dealer.
  • Oceania: 1 — retail charging-bank kiosk prototype.
  • Other / Multi-region: 1 — software integrator reselling across MEA / Eurasia.

Three Patterns Worth Noting

  1. Repeat institutional buyers are the strongest signal. The major African bank CDM expansion and the East Asia lending-kiosk repeat order both validate that installed-base customers come back for larger volumes once the first project lands.
  2. Gold ATM and SIM card dispensers are emerging two-product lines. Both are seeing inquiries from multiple regions in the same month, which suggests early market interest worth turning into dedicated product-page content.
  3. Software integrators are an increasingly important channel. Türkiye (currency exchange) and Australia (charging-bank) both came through integrators who specify TopGood hardware, OEM it under their own brand, and integrate their own software — a different sales motion than direct end-buyer inquiries.
